Moen is committed to providing the highest quality kitchen and bath products; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.

  Pack Your Fixtures

  Carefully place the unused product in its original Moen packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, installation guides, and decorative components are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item to ensure it meets our quality standards, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
